Worldly Natural Wines (WNW) wishes to create a secure and trouble free buying experience on line. In this regard we draw the following terms and conditions of sale to your attention:

Age Requirement

The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as being at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. An adult signature with proof of age is required at time of delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. Because of this, we suggest you ship to a work address. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Shipping - Delivery Times - Packaging

WNW will provide you with an order tracking number when we ship your wine. This will allow you to continuously track of your wine shipment until it is delivered to your door. For ground service orders we will usually ship on the Monday (not including holidays) following the date of order processing. This will generally ensure your order is delivered within that week and not exposed to weekend delays thereby minimizing the time your wine spends in transit.

During times of extremely hot or cold weather, we recommend using 2nd Day Service or Next Day Service to avoid having your order be exposed to the extremes of hot and cold for an extended period in transit. Please note we are not responsible for wine that arrives damaged due to heat or cold, so please plan accordingly when you choose your shipping option. We ship your wines in sturdy heavy cardboard packaging to ensure your wines arrive in good condition.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. If you would like to know the shipping costs to a particular area please e-mail us your zip code and number of bottles. Prices of our wines do not include shipping/handling charges, which vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and the shipping service option.

Title to the Wine

Title to the wine your order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors. WNW makes no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside California. It is up to you to know the relevant laws of your state as some states do regulate wine shipments from out of state. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order.

Discounts - Pricing

Orders in excess of 12 bottles (one case) attract a 7.5% discount. All prices are in United States Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Billing Information

Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the wine has been packed and the order is complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.

Defective Wines and Returns

Under California State law it is illegal to return wines once sold, except for defective wine, which may be returned for credit or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
